Podstatou myšlenky je popírání(přehlížení) nepříznivé situace, či vytěsnění nějaké traumatické události, která nám bez adekvátního řešení může postupem času značně pokřivit charakter. Do psacího stroje jsem vložil tři papíry a začal psát slovo „popírám“. Po úplném popsání vrchní stránky jsem odstranil nejspodnější vrstvu a zbylé dvě opět vložil do stroje. Celý proces jsem opakoval. Vrchní papír byl popsán třemi vrstvami a byl do značné míry poškozen.

The essence of the idea is denial (ignoring) the adverse situation or displacement of some traumatic event which can greatly distort our character over time without adequate solution. I put three pieces of paper into typewriter and started to write the word "deny". After complete description of the top page I removed the bottom one and I put the other two back into the machine. I repeated the whole process. The top paper was written in three layers and was largely damaged.
